Fee Options: 

1.  Self Pay - This option is for those with no health insurance or who choose not to use
their health insurance.  There is no requirement to label you with a diagnosis if paying for
your own services.

2.  Health Insurance - if you wish to use your health insurance, and I am a Network Provider I will collect information from your insurance ID card to obtain any necessary pre-certifications.  This is a free service I provide to my insurance clients to make your counseling experience less confusing.
 
3.  If I am an Out-Of-Network Provider, I will provide you with insurance-ready statements for you to submit to your insurance company for any allowable reimbursement of fees.

Classes:

I conduct a private class for individual couples on Marriage Survival.  This class is designed for couples preparing for marriage or a long-term relationship.  If you are interested in learning more, click on the Pre-Marital Counseling tab above.  If you are currently in a long-term relationship and are experiencing difficulties, this class can be designed for you too.  
           

Supervision For LPC Interns:

* Ms. Martin is a Texas LPC Board Approved Supervisor.  If you are interested in receiving supervision from Ms. Martin, please call

  Fees:  Individual Supervision:  $50 per meeting, 4 meetings per month.
             Group Supervision:  $25 per meeting, 2 meetings per month.
   
An ideal LPC intern for Ms. Martin would be someone who can receive their client contact
hours from another source, such as an agency with multiple session opportunities on site. 

Ms. Martin, with 30 years of experience in the counseling field can provide an objective, separate supervisory perspective.
