Core Beliefs

We've all heard of Core Beliefs. Those pesky little messages we tell ourselves, under the radar, that make a difference in how we feel about ourselves and the experiences we have. Just think, if you could control your core beliefs, you could determine how you were going to feel at any given time. How neat would that be?

Well, hang on. You CAN control you core beliefs. It takes applying some strategies but the rewards are worth it. You really can have the kind of life you want if you change the messages that your conscious mind is sending to your subconscious mind. Read on......

THE LAW OF ATTRACTION

Do you know the Secret? The movie The Secret is all the rage now, as if it's something new. But, as they say,
"everything old is new again". By that I mean, the secret has been known, although not used by most people,
for centuries. The "self fulfilling prophecy" is a better known concept, but really the same thing. Basically,
the secret is The Law Of Attraction, which says that we attract more of what we think about. If we dwell on
what we don't have (coming from a position of lack), then we attract more of that (Lack). However, if we
come from a position of possible abundance, we will attract more of that as well. I caution my clients to be
careful what messages they say to themselves about themselves and their lives. If we give our subconscious
a directive it will carry it out. Thus, if we're telling ourselves that we just can't have something, our
subconscious will make sure that happens, by way of hunches, awareness of certain phenomena, passing
thoughts we have.

The Law Of Attraction tells us to tell our subconscious minds to bring something that we want and desire
into our lives. Our subconscious minds will follow the directive given to it and will begin to make our
desires possible. We use only a small percentage of our brains. There is so much more to learn. And,
one of the pieces of information most of us don't realize is that our subconscious minds can and will
